Clean Your AC Ductwork Miami!

They say the AC system is the lungs of your home or commercial property.  Unfortunately that's a scary thought for many residential and commercial property owners in Miami and Miami Beach. Witness these photos. The "Before" picture shows the AC duct canal prior to cleaning. Remember, if it's in your ducts, it's in your lungs.  Here in South Florida we use our AC most of the year! So this dust and debris is getting lifted from the walls of your ductwork and deposited into the air -- making it breathable. Yuck! The "After" picture shows the vast improvement. It actually gets better than this. Following the cleaning as shown here, we actually encapsulated the ductwork to trap in whatever debris (contaminants) could not be lifted and removed during the cleaning process.  This encapsulation seals in those contaminants, preventing them from entering the air flow.
