You would never know that this office was hit by a car. The driver, who was under the influence, accelerated through an intersection, lost control of the vehicle, became airborne, and plowed into the side of a South Beach office complex. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but it sure was a surreal image to see the tail end of a car sticking out of an office building!

After the car had been extracted from the building, SERVPRO® of Miami Beach was called out to begin the cleanup and restoration process. Upon arrival, they boarded up the broken window to secure the structure and conducted an assessment of the damage.

All of the broken glass and other building rubble was cleaned up and removed, and they inventoried the office contents and moved the furniture and electronic equipment. They sent some damaged documents out to be restored, cleaned the office furniture, and packed up the office equipment and other items, and stored them in an offsite storage until the structural repairs were completed. The damaged office was restored to preloss condition as if nothing had ever happened.
